Cardamore Inc. (“Cardamore,” “we,” “us”) provides AI-assisted greeting card design through cardamore.ai and the Cardamore app in ChatGPT. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Categories of personal data

• Design inputs you provide: occasion, recipient name or relationship, interests, and message preferences typed in ChatGPT or on our website.
• Generated content: card copy and cover art produced for your request (stored temporarily for preview; ChatGPT drafts expire within 24 hours on the MCP server).
• Technical data: basic server logs (timestamps, status codes) needed to operate and secure the service. We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles.
• Purchase and email data (website only): if you complete a purchase on cardamore.ai, Shopify and our fulfillment systems process email and order details under their respective policies.

Purposes of use

We use this data solely to generate and preview greeting cards, operate the ChatGPT app and website, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Generation requests are sent to OpenAI’s API under OpenAI’s terms.

• OpenAI (model inference for text and images)
• Hosting providers for the MCP API and website
• Shopify and email delivery providers when you buy or send a card via the website

Retention

In-chat drafts on the Cardamore MCP server are held in memory up to 24 hours, then deleted. Website orders follow Shopify and our backend retention for fulfillment and support.

Your controls

Disconnect the Cardamore app in ChatGPT at any time. For website account or order questions, contact hello@cardamore.ai.
